Send two photos and two short answers. One written figure follows, once we have sounded the shell.
- We look at the pool. Photos are enough to start. For anything structural, someone comes out and taps the shell for hollow spots, because that is where surprise costs hide.
- You get one number. One figure for your pool, in writing, with what is included and what would change it. It stays the number unless the shell says otherwise.
- You get a date. Drain to refill is ten to fourteen days, weather permitting. You know the start date before you pay a deposit.
